Làm sao để bắt đầu scan tài liệu đầu tiên?How do I scan my first document?
Mở Zokan, chạm nút máy ảnh ở giữa thanh dưới. Đặt tài liệu trong khung — viền mint sẽ tự động bắt vào 4 góc. Giữ máy yên 0.4 giây, app sẽ tự chụp. Hoặc tắt Auto-scan để chụp thủ công.Open Zokan, tap the camera button in the middle of the bottom bar. Place a document in frame — a mint outline snaps to its four corners. Hold steady for 0.4s and the app shoots automatically. Or turn off Auto-scan to shoot manually.
Tài liệu của tôi đang ở đâu?Where are my documents stored?
Tất cả tài liệu được lưu trong app, sắp xếp theo Folder ở màn hình Home. Bạn có thể export sang Files (Tệp) bất cứ lúc nào qua menu Share.All documents are saved inside the app, organized by Folder on the Home screen. You can export to Files at any time via the Share menu.
Tại sao OCR không hoạt động?Why does OCR not work?
OCR là tính năng Pro. Nếu bạn đang dùng bản Free, hãy nâng cấp lên Pro (có 7 ngày dùng thử miễn phí). Nếu bạn đã có Pro mà OCR vẫn không chạy, đảm bảo iPhone của bạn là model có Apple Neural Engine (iPhone XS trở lên).OCR is a Pro feature. If you are on Free, upgrade to Pro (7-day free trial). If you already have Pro and OCR still does not run, make sure your iPhone is a model with Apple Neural Engine (iPhone XS or newer).

Bản Free cho 5 lượt xuất/ngày. Lượt sẽ reset sau 00:00 giờ máy bạn. Hoặc nâng cấp Pro để không giới hạn.Free gives you 5 exports/day. The quota resets after midnight on your device. Or upgrade to Pro for unlimited.
Có hỗ trợ in trực tiếp không?Can I print directly?
Có. Export PDF rồi mở Share → Print qua AirPrint. Hoạt động với mọi máy in tương thích AirPrint.Yes. Export to PDF, then Share → Print via AirPrint. Works with any AirPrint-compatible printer.
Có sync giữa iPhone và iPad không?Can I sync between iPhone and iPad?
Không. Cam kết on-device đồng nghĩa không sync cloud. Bạn có thể dùng AirDrop để chuyển file PDF giữa các thiết bị Apple của mình.No. The on-device commitment means no cloud sync. You can AirDrop PDFs between your Apple devices.
Có Mac app không?Is there a Mac app?
Chưa có. Nếu iPhone của bạn dùng cùng Apple ID với Mac, bạn có thể import PDF qua AirDrop hoặc Continuity Camera (chụp từ iPhone, hiện trên Mac).Not yet. If your iPhone uses the same Apple ID as your Mac, you can import PDFs via AirDrop or use Continuity Camera (shoot from iPhone, appears on Mac).

App crash khi mở CameraApp crashes when opening Camera
Vào Settings của iOS → Zokan → bật Camera. Nếu vẫn crash, restart iPhone và mở lại app. Nếu chưa hết, gửi crash log qua App Store Connect (Settings → Privacy → Analytics).Go to iOS Settings → Zokan → enable Camera. If still crashing, restart iPhone and reopen. If still bad, send crash log via App Store Connect (Settings → Privacy → Analytics).
Edge detection không bắt viềnEdge detection misses the document
Đảm bảo tài liệu nằm trên nền tương phản (giấy trắng trên bàn gỗ, không phải bàn trắng). Ánh sáng đủ. Tránh bóng đổ mạnh. Nếu vẫn không bắt, tắt Auto-scan và chụp thủ công.Make sure the document is on a contrasting background (white paper on wooden table, not white-on-white). Adequate lighting. Avoid harsh shadows. If it still fails, turn off Auto-scan and shoot manually.
OCR sai chữ tiếng Việt có dấuVietnamese OCR misreads diacritics
Đảm bảo ảnh rõ nét (không bị mờ rung), độ phân giải cao (dùng Pro với chất lượng Cao). OCR Apple Neural Engine có thể không hoàn hảo với chữ viết tay hoặc font lạ.Make sure the image is sharp (no motion blur), high resolution (use Pro with High quality). Apple Neural Engine OCR may not be perfect with handwriting or unusual fonts.
Không thấy file đã xuất trong FilesCannot find exported file in Files
Mở app Files (Tệp) → Browse → On My iPhone → Zokan folder. Nếu không thấy, hãy export lại và chọn rõ "Files" làm đích.Open the Files app → Browse → On My iPhone → Zokan folder. If not there, re-export and explicitly pick "Files" as the destination.

Vấn đề Pro / Thanh toánPro / billing issues
Apple xử lý toàn bộ giao dịch — bao gồm hủy, hoàn tiền, và xác minh purchase. Chúng tôi chỉ nhận receipt từ Apple để bật Pro features.
Apple handles all transactions — including cancellations, refunds, and purchase verification. We only receive Apple's receipt to unlock Pro features.
Đã mua Pro nhưng tính năng không mởBought Pro but features locked
Vào Cài đặt trong Zokan → "Khôi phục mua hàng" (Restore Purchases). Nếu vẫn không nhận, gửi email kèm Order ID từ App Store.Open Settings inside Zokan → "Restore Purchases". If it still does not recognize the purchase, email us with your App Store Order ID.
Muốn hủy subscriptionWant to cancel subscription
Vào Settings của iPhone → [Tên bạn] → Subscriptions → Zokan → Cancel Subscription. Chúng tôi không thể hủy thay bạn — Apple quản lý subscriptions.iPhone Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions → Zokan → Cancel Subscription. We cannot cancel for you — Apple manages subscriptions.
Muốn refundWant a refund
Truy cập reportaproblem.apple.com, đăng nhập Apple ID, tìm giao dịch Zokan, chọn "Yêu cầu hoàn tiền". Apple sẽ quyết định.Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Zokan purchase, click "Request a refund". Apple makes the decision.
