Zokan được phát triển và vận hành bởi D22Z Studio, một studio nhỏ ở Việt Nam tập trung vào ứng dụng năng suất với cam kết quyền riêng tư.

Chúng tôi KHÔNG thu thậpWhat we do NOT collect
Để rõ ràng, đây là danh sách những thứ Zokan không bao giờ thu thập:
- Tài liệu của bạn. Không bản scan, không PDF, không kết quả OCR. Mọi file được tạo và lưu cục bộ trên iPhone của bạn.
- Thông tin định danh cá nhân. Chúng tôi không yêu cầu tên, email, số điện thoại, hay bất kỳ thông tin tài khoản nào.
- Vị trí địa lý. Zokan không yêu cầu quyền GPS và không lưu vị trí của bạn theo bất kỳ cách nào.
- Thông tin thiết bị chi tiết. Không tracking IDFA, không advertising identifier, không device fingerprint.
- Hành vi sử dụng. Không Firebase Analytics, không Mixpanel, không Amplitude, không Facebook SDK, không bất kỳ SDK theo dõi hành vi nào.
- Danh bạ, lịch, ảnh thư viện. Trừ khi bạn chủ động chọn ảnh để import vào Zokan (xem mục Quyền hệ thống).
To be explicit, here is what Zokan never collects:
- Your documents. No scans, no PDFs, no OCR results. Every file is created and stored locally on your iPhone.
- Personally identifiable information. We do not ask for name, email, phone number, or any account information.
- Location. Zokan does not request GPS permission and does not store your location in any way.
- Detailed device information. No IDFA tracking, no advertising identifier, no device fingerprint.
- Usage behavior. No Firebase Analytics, no Mixpanel, no Amplitude, no Facebook SDK, no behavior-tracking SDK whatsoever.
- Contacts, calendar, photo library. Unless you actively pick photos to import into Zokan (see Permissions).

Có ba loại dữ liệu kỹ thuật có thể liên quan đến trải nghiệm Zokan của bạn. Chúng không nằm trong tầm kiểm soát của chúng tôi và được xử lý bởi Apple:
There are three kinds of technical data that may relate to your Zokan experience. These are outside our control and are handled by Apple:
- StoreKit receipts
- Khi bạn mua Zokan Pro, Apple xử lý giao dịch qua StoreKit. Chúng tôi nhận một receipt mã hóa từ Apple để xác minh quyền truy cập Pro — không có thông tin tài chính, không số thẻ.When you buy Zokan Pro, Apple processes the transaction via StoreKit. We receive an encrypted receipt from Apple to verify Pro entitlement — no financial information, no card numbers.
- App Store Connect
- Apple thống kê số lượt tải app, crash reports, và metrics tổng hợp ẩn danh. Chúng tôi xem được biểu đồ tổng, không xem được cá nhân.Apple aggregates download counts, crash reports, and anonymous metrics. We see aggregate charts, never individuals.
- iCloud Backup
- Nếu bạn bật iCloud Backup trên iPhone, bản sao lưu thiết bị có thể bao gồm tài liệu Zokan — đi vào iCloud riêng của bạn, được Apple mã hóa và do bạn toàn quyền kiểm soát. Zokan không truy cập được bản sao lưu này. Bạn có thể bật/tắt trong Cài đặt iPhone.If you enable iCloud Backup on your iPhone, the device backup may include your Zokan documents — going to your own iCloud, encrypted by Apple and fully under your control. Zokan cannot access this backup. You can turn it on or off in iPhone Settings.
Quyền hệ thống chúng tôi xinSystem permissions we request
Zokan chỉ xin những quyền tối thiểu cần thiết để hoạt động. Bạn có thể từ chối hoặc thu hồi bất cứ lúc nào trong Settings của iOS.
Zokan asks for only the minimum permissions necessary to function. You can deny or revoke them at any time in iOS Settings.

- Chỉ khi bạn chọn import ảnh có sẵn. Zokan chỉ truy cập ảnh bạn chọn, không truy cập toàn bộ thư viện.Only when you choose to import existing photos. Zokan only accesses photos you pick, not the entire library.
- Face ID / Touch ID (tùy chọn)Face ID / Touch ID (optional)
- Chỉ khi bạn bật khóa app. Apple xử lý toàn bộ — Zokan không bao giờ thấy biometric data.Only if you enable app lock. Apple handles everything — Zokan never sees biometric data.
- Notifications (tùy chọn)Notifications (optional)
- Chỉ thông báo local trên máy về OCR hoàn tất. Không có push từ server.Only local notifications on your device about OCR completion. No push from any server.
Dịch vụ bên thứ baThird-party services
Zokan sử dụng hai dịch vụ bên ngoài, cả hai chỉ phục vụ việc mua bán Zokan Pro: Apple StoreKit (xử lý thanh toán, là một phần của iOS) và RevenueCat (quản lý & xác minh quyền Pro). RevenueCat nhận một mã người dùng ẩn danh cùng thông tin giao dịch để mở/khôi phục Pro — không gắn với danh tính của bạn, không dùng cho quảng cáo. Xem Chính sách của RevenueCat.
Cụ thể, chúng tôi KHÔNG dùng:
- Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging)
- Facebook SDK / Meta Audience Network
- Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, hoặc bất kỳ analytics SDK nào
- AdMob hoặc bất kỳ ad network nào
- Sentry, Bugsnag, hoặc third-party crash reporting
- Bất kỳ cloud storage nào (Dropbox, Google Drive, AWS S3, v.v.)
Zokan uses two external services, both solely for Zokan Pro purchases: Apple StoreKit (payment processing, part of iOS) and RevenueCat (subscription management & Pro verification). RevenueCat receives an anonymous user identifier plus transaction info to unlock/restore Pro — not linked to your identity, not used for advertising. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
Specifically, we do NOT use:
- Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging)
- Facebook SDK / Meta Audience Network
- Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, or any analytics SDK
- AdMob or any ad network
- Sentry, Bugsnag, or third-party crash reporting
- Any cloud storage (Dropbox, Google Drive, AWS S3, etc.)
Quyền riêng tư trẻ emChildren's privacy
Zokan không hướng đến trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Vì chúng tôi không thu thập bất kỳ thông tin định danh cá nhân nào từ bất kỳ ai (bao gồm cả trẻ em), Zokan tuân thủ COPPA (Hoa Kỳ) và GDPR-K (Liên minh Châu Âu) một cách tự nhiên.
Trên App Store, Zokan có rating 4+ (phù hợp mọi lứa tuổi).
Zokan is not directed at children under 13. Because we do not collect any personally identifiable information from anyone (including children), Zokan complies with COPPA (US) and GDPR-K (EU) by design.
On the App Store, Zokan is rated 4+ (suitable for all ages).
Bảo mật dữ liệuData security
Vì tài liệu của bạn không rời máy, bảo mật chính là bảo mật của iOS. Zokan dựa vào:
- iOS sandbox — file Zokan tạo chỉ Zokan đọc được
- Data Protection API — file mã hóa bằng phần cứng khi máy bị khóa
- Face ID / Passcode — tùy chọn khóa app trong Settings
- Apple Neural Engine — OCR chạy trên chip, không qua mạng
Because your documents never leave your device, security is iOS security. Zokan relies on:
- iOS sandbox — files Zokan creates are only readable by Zokan
- Data Protection API — hardware encryption when the device is locked
- Face ID / Passcode — optional app lock in Settings
- Apple Neural Engine — OCR runs on-chip, never over the network
Người dùng quốc tếInternational users
Zokan có thể được tải về và sử dụng ở mọi quốc gia mà App Store của Apple có mặt. Vì Zokan không gửi dữ liệu lên server của mình, không có data transfer quốc tế nào từ phía chúng tôi. Nếu pháp luật quốc gia bạn yêu cầu cao hơn (như GDPR, CCPA, PDPL VN), Zokan tuân thủ by design.
Zokan can be downloaded and used in any country where Apple's App Store operates. Because Zokan sends no data to its own servers, there are no international data transfers on our side. If your country's law requires more (such as GDPR, CCPA, Vietnam PDPL), Zokan complies by design.
Quyền của bạnYour rights
Mặc dù chúng tôi không có dữ liệu của bạn, bạn vẫn có các quyền sau theo GDPR, CCPA, và Luật Bảo vệ Dữ liệu Cá nhân Việt Nam (Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP):
- Quyền truy cập — bạn có thể export tài liệu của mình từ trong app bất cứ lúc nào.
- Quyền xóa — gỡ app là xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu liên quan. Vì không có server, không có gì còn lại.
- Quyền portability — export PDF / JPG đầy đủ chất lượng, không lock-in.
- Quyền khiếu nại — gửi email cho chúng tôi hoặc cơ quan bảo vệ dữ liệu của bạn.
Even though we have no data on you, you still have the following rights under GDPR, CCPA, and Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Decree 13/2023/ND-CP:
- Right to access — you can export your documents from inside the app any time.
- Right to delete — uninstalling the app deletes all related data. Because there is no server, nothing remains.
- Right to portability — full-quality PDF / JPG export, no lock-in.
- Right to complain — email us or your local data protection authority.
Thay đổi chính sáchChanges to this policy
Nếu chúng tôi thay đổi chính sách quyền riêng tư này, chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật ngày "Cập nhật lần cuối" ở đầu trang. Các thay đổi quan trọng (như nếu chúng tôi quyết định thu thập dữ liệu — điều chúng tôi cam kết không bao giờ làm) sẽ được thông báo qua in-app notification trước khi có hiệu lực.
If we change this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Material changes (such as if we decide to collect data — which we commit to never doing) will be announced via in-app notification before they take effect.
